oh yea, i did it again.

late for work = suspended

that’s simply how it works! pfTt.. i was 10mins late today for my 12noon shift. i got ther around 12:05 and it took me 5mins to change and get ready for work. I knew i was gonna be in trouble if Shiela (head manager) was there. I got warning from her last time already and i told her I’ll wont be late again. The next day, I got my butt at work early but then the following shifts, i’ve been slipping back to being late again. including today. sigh~

i was working already when she called me to the office. She told me about the warning and how she wants me to be professional and stuff. and i listen. YES i did. and she made me sign something that will eventually go to my record/file. then she SENT ME HOME. la la la… i was on my uniform already so i was just like. “OH damn, now i have to change again”

I didnt mind her doing that, it was expected. and she did the right thing. I knew it was my bad! lolz… im being a jerk lately! and she did it politely and euphemistically so it was all good. SHAME ON ME! this isn’t the first time I’ve gotten into trouble because of punctuality issues. my band teacher have discussed about this both on the phone and personally with me. same problem. same issue!

Sigh. i think im changin my moto to >> “better be late than never, but why be late if you can be early” this is really really really bad. everywhere i go. everytime i have to meet someone. everytime i have to go somewhere. I AM ALWAYS LATE! uRGGg… What is wrong with ME!

oh well, things happen. and you just have to suck it up. and use it for you own advantage. this suspension drama indeed taught me something. bottom line is DONT BE LIKE ME, BE EARLY & BE HAPPY. ciao

it hasnt been a very long time since the last I used my very special white shirt. its my one and only D&G slim cut shirt which fits my tinnie tiny body type perfectly. i was going to use it yesterday for the spring concert when i realize that thers a tiny ‘very light yellowish’ stain on it. so i freaked out. i have no idea where the heck that stain come from, and i didnt care. i just want to get rid of it. i tried washing it but it didnt wash off. i was gona use a bleach but we ran out so i didnt have a choice.

it kinah pissed me off bacause i dont know what type of stain it is. and it still puzzles me when i got it. i tried thinking when was the last time I used it and what could it possibly be. urGGgg… i hated it. it was terrible! it wasnt that much of a big stain, infact its barely visible in yellow lights. but you can kinah see it in the while light.

i plan to wear it for the prom and now that it has a stain, its no longer possible! i asked my mom if she could help me wash it off but i think she forgot about it. so later today, i happen to pass by SHOPPERS DRUGMART and i was gonna buy a bleach, but i ended up buying TIDE TO GO, while waiting for the bus, i read all the instructions and stuff and found out that IT’S ONLY GOOD FOR -’JUZ NOW STAIN’ like food, wine so i doubt it would work on my shirt. I went back and found this bleaching gel.

tide to go ’stain remover’ doesnt appeal much to me than ‘CLOROX BLEACHING GEL’, its the ‘bleach’ that caught my attention and thought it would make my shirt go back to normal. so i had to exchange tide to go for bleachpen.

As soon as i got home, i tried out the product and BAM! the yellowish stain is GONE!. totally GONE, you wouldnt even know it ever existed. seriously! then i asked my sis to do the whole washing for me cause i dont know how. she’s nice enough to help me, and seriously. my shirt went 3shades WHITER, not as white as when i first got it tho, but better than how it gotten over the years.

OHH YeeSSsSS!! thanks to the MAGICAL power of this Bleaching pen, seriously! i didnt know what to do without it, i even thought of puttin my shirt to an ‘expert stain remover shop’ or somethin (God knows if they even exist). i was just too desperate. AND THIS IS NOT A SPONSORED POST btw, i dont do sponsor posting! i havent tried it in colored yet, i’m afraid they would turn all white. but heck this product is A++++++, CLOROX BLEACH PEN for the win!

I’m just so happy right now, THIS is a TRIUMP for me against that stupid stain.

lots of things happened this week. tuesday we [my strings class] headed down to Kiwanis Music Festival. it was a lot of fun actually although the “festival” itself wasnt so much fun!… honestly it was a lil bit lame because it wasnt like the SUNPEAKs or the WHISTLER music festival. It was actually sad that no one came to watch us or no one was assigned to watch our performance beside the senior orchestra from my school. Usually, it should be a band or people from other school but i dont know why we ended up having our senior string class as our audience.

well we tried making it as much fun experience as we could. lolz. I didn’t know that we suppose to bring our own lunch, wait, actually i did but i just ignored it and assumed that i could find a place to get something to eat. So while all of them are eating. i was ther doing nothing. i asked my stand partner if she could come with me and see if we could find a place to buy something. a bending machine would be fine. but about 20ft away we found ABC COUNTRY RESTAURANT we were not suppose to go that far but heck who cares. so we went in and bought a meal and a ice cream/cake!.. and they have a souvenir items in there too so i picked one to buy. and i named him Kiwanis.

We went back to the practice room and shared our food with our fellow strings mate. it was fun but a mini cake wasnt enough so we bought a new one although we were forbiden to go there, me and Manal sneak in again!

I’m not sure how we did on our performance but i thought we sucked! I made few mistakes and i didnt play the hard part of the pieces. oh well, its over. thing is, SPRING CONCERT is this coming wednesday and I’m gonna redeem myself.

and btw, heres a video clips of the performance. i asked one of the senior strings whos apparently in my senior band too to film us, problem was he was sitting on a bad spot. so i was blocked the whole time. you can see my hand and my vow moving but you cant really see ME.

This first piece is called Little Russian March, i didnt like it at first because the bowing and the techniques were pretty hard, but i got used to it and i love the tune and the excitement of how it sounds

This next clip is called Fantasia on a theme from Thailand, it’s a pretty sweet piece. very asian (thailand duh!), classy and elegant though i dont think it sounded elegant at all the way we performed it.
