VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) - Vancouver Police are searching for a 16 year old boy.

Cary Hu was dropped off at Vancouver Technical School by his mother Wednesday morning. But instead of going inside to go to his classes, the Grade 10 student walked away, and hasn’t been seen since.

Police say it’s extremely unusual for the studious shy boy not to come home or call anyone.

They also say Hu has been experiencing anxiety and depression related to the academic pressures of high school.

He’s Asian, 5′4, a hundred and 10 pounds, and quite young looking for his 16 years.

He has short black hair and wears glasses.

When he was last seen, he had jeans and a blue and white hooded jacket, and was carrying a green backpack.

If you see him, police say you should call 911.

This kid often sits beside our table (which we called “The Filipino table”) every now and then, we would tease some of our friends to talk to him and say “HI!” since he looks always kinah sad and lonely. He’s a very quiet type of boy in his age, I never heard him talk he often sits or walk in the hall alone.

I’m guessing he’s in Intermediate Band and plays clarinet but since he’s good enough to be in our Senior Band, he was admitted to play with us for Whistler Music Festival on April and go with us to the trip too.

I saw him once walked in our Mcdonalds restaurant, but he didn’t buy any food. He just sat by the large glass window and read the newspaper for an hour or so, then walked away. IT’s PRETTY SAD actually. as soon as I know about the news, i immediately changed my MSN status to “VANTECH STUDENT MISSING, help needed” then put the article’s link, just incase few people don’t know about it yet. I even messaged every online contact i have on MSN at that moment. who knows they might sede him somewhere. hopefully he’s ok.

He’s been found today, March 31, and h’es alright… he was at CHAPTERs, reading book! how wierd is that!? but yhea, atleast he’s safe. however, on the news today, a 16-year-old kid was killed in squamish after partying. sigh! I dont feel like telling you guys the story

damn, so finally springbreak is over, last break in school, back to normal again for another 3 months. school >> homework >> work —– this week was a blast, it went so fast, however school weeks go so damn slow. like how a 99-year-old senior citizen move! you wuld always wish its friday like seriously, thats how stressful and tiring it is.

my break went pretty boring actually, pretty much i did was work and stay home. nothing to do really?… im not a very outgoing person, so if you invite me to go have some stroll at the park. or go swimming or play sports outside. i wuld just laugh out loud in your face. that wuld totally mean you dont know me… but anywayz back to the topic. I worked my ass off like theres no tomorrow this week. i usually get a 4-hour shift once a week… yes, I only work once a week… that is when thers school, but i guess i was too nice to take watever shift theyve thrown in my face this week. i didnt mind at all since ther was no school and i dont wanna stay at home the whole time. its a good decision actually. I get to know/meet few of the new people at work with the people i havent been working with lately.

to be honest, i totally didnt hve any plan for this break.. im not that type of person who plans every single tinie tiny thing i do in life… i basically just a go-with-the-flow type of person. But i did try to read the book we have to read for English, which im so proud thst I finished it last night. next thing is to study chapter 9 on my MATH textbook… theres 5 sub-chapters in it. and this was the chapter i missed during my get away vacation to Philippines last Nov06. i told my teacher I would do it as soon as i finished studyin it… and forgot about it… i thought/hoped she did too. but nah, she asked me about it last day before the break.. and asked me when will I be ready to do it…. same thing she did before Winter Break! lol… thats how long its been. sigh!

This chapter is pretty boring, and its god damn hard too! and i have till tomorrow to finish it. i have to do the test on my first day back… thats just so sad. i did not even enjoy the break cause i kept thinking about finishin the novel then studying math.. and it just so mind buggling.

ANYWAYSSSss… I’m starting to like this whole working thing, it has been pale, boring, and dull for the last few months. but lately its gaining its excitement back. I like how we have tons of new people…. like >> Hannah, Lisa, Mark, Walid, Sunny, and Lu and a new head manager, Shiela. I honestly didnt like her at first…. her presence was just so intimidating, and i thought she was so strick and bitchy… but shes becomming nicer to me everytime I work with her. and yhea, thnks for the FRapuccino today. it was melted. it didnt taste right but still ok! its the thought that always counts.

well I worked today from 12 to 6. again, late for about 20mins. Tifanny was off at 6 too, so we left together. we browse and goof around “The Bay” for haf an hour, then went to “Pacific Center” for a quick window shopping. I realize i needed to buy a new black-working shoes just how she needs a working-jacket. I’ve been guilty-ly using my for-formal-and-Band-only-shoes since i lost my working shoes like way back ages ago. and its getting uglier and uglier everytime its exposed in my greasy, working environment.

It’s been a while since the last time i went shopping actually, and since i worked extra hard this week. I AM GOING SHOPPING this paycheque. seriously. I DESERVE IT. no question about that.

and thats everything new. nothing really intresting. BACK TO SCHOOL on monday, 2 days from now! a BIG BOUHHHHHH on that one. but worry not, I only have to deal with high school for 3more months… doesnt sound so long right. so kennie, be patient. hang in there.
